Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Cirkul does not accept returns or exchanges for Cartridges or Bottles once they have been opened. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and a photo of any damaged or incorrect items.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we verify your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
