How does the Cirkul water bottle system work?
Cirkul uses a unique lid and cartridge system called Sips. When you insert a Sip into the lid, water flows from the bottle through the cartridge, mixing with flavor as you drink. You can adjust the dial to control the intensity of your flavor.
How long does a single Cirkul Sip last?
On average, one Sip cartridge will last for about six 20-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium flavor intensity (dial setting 3 or 4).
Are Cirkul flavors sugar-free and calorie-free?
Yes, most of our Cirkul Sips are zero-calorie, sugar-free, and contain no artificial colors. We offer various lines including electrolytes, caffeine, and vitamins to suit your lifestyle.
What is your shipping policy for subscription orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $15 within the United States. Subscription orders are processed automatically based on your chosen frequency and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I return my Cirkul bottle or unused Sips?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on Sips. However, if your bottle or lid is defective, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for replacements or refunds.
How do I clean my Cirkul bottle and lid?
The Cirkul bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the Sip cartridge before washing and hand-washing the lid occasionally to ensure all seals remain clean.
